          CONTEXT<\/strong><\/h1><\/h1><\/div>

          Le projet de la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019Institut National de Formation aux M\u00e9tiers de la Mer (INFMM) exprime la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat ha\u00eftien d\u2019enclencher, sur une base durable, un processus de structuration, de capitalisation, de rationalisation de l\u2019exploitation du secteur maritime par la formation du capital humain n\u00e9cessaire. L\u2019INFMM a comme finalit\u00e9 de favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement des ressources humaines devant permettre d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions essentielles de productivit\u00e9, de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, et de cr\u00e9ation de richesses dans le secteur \u00e9conomique de la mer.
          \nFollowing a call for tender process launched by the UCP-FP in July 2020, GROUPE TRAME S.A. was awarded the contract for the Architectural and Structural Studies of the Construction Project of the National Institute for Training in Maritime Professions in February 2021.<\/p>\n<\/div>

          THE PROJECT<\/strong><\/h1><\/h1><\/div>

          The campus of the National Institute for Training in Maritime Professions is a group of 20 buildings of different sizes spread over a trapezoidal-shaped coastal site with an average slope of 3% in the southwest direction descending towards the sea.<\/p>\n

          The land's exposure to flooding and marine erosion risks has led to the removal of buildings nearly 100 meters from the coastline, to higher plateaus than those surrounding the beach. Thus, sports facilities (playing fields), which will be less susceptible to damage, are located to the southwest, i.e. closer to the coast.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

          L\u2019approche Conceptuelle<\/strong><\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

          Du dehors, ce qui frappe au prime abord c\u2019est la colonnade p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique constitu\u00e9e de tubes d\u2019acier structural inclin\u00e9es vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur rappelant un exosquelette qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 de placer la structure m\u00e9tallique et les composants techniques au centre du concept du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n

          Le geste architectural s\u2019inspire \u00e0 la fois du mouvement des vagues de la mer et\u00a0 de la structure des bateaux (coque, chemin\u00e9e, lucarne etc\u2026) .<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
